As someone in the service industry, I must commend Clean Genies on all of their communication, online account system and service. The candle and thank you card was such a pleasant touch, a memorable touch. I loved how everyone was dressed similar and provided a card upon arrival. I can see all of the effort you put into your business. It's noticeable and sets you apart from others companies. I was beyond impressed with the quality of work all of the Clean Genies did. For so long, I was embarrassed by my home. I didn't want to have anyone over. It became incredibly overwhelming for me to think of tackling myself. It was affecting my mental health. Being so busy and having a back injury, I knew I couldn't do it alone. I now have my home back! My sanctuary has been restored. My depression and anxiety has faded. Everything I wanted done was included with the service. I didn't even have to ask. I highly recommend! Thank you is not enough.

This is the second cleaning service we have used and they are communicative/prompt. After arriving with two text message notifying me of their progress. Came in and immediately cleaned the house top to bottom. This service went above and beyond my expectations dusting for cobwebs in all of the ceiling. Which I thought was a testament to attention to detail. The value was $60 cheaper than the surrounding competitor. In the end, looking forward to this continuing service standard moving forward. We elected to do a two week cleaning schedule. If you need a cleaning service they come with a team and clean quickly/meticulously/with care along with professional.

How do I know the cleaner is trustworthy?

Every cleaner on Clean Genies is background checked and verified before they ever appear on the platform. We review their experience, references, and conduct an interview to make sure you’re choosing from professionals who truly care about their work.

Can I rebook the same cleaner?

Yes. If a cleaner is available, you can rebook them directly from your customer portal. Many of our customers build ongoing relationships with their favorite pros.

Do cleaners bring their own supplies?

Most cleaners bring everything they need, including vacuums and eco-friendly cleaning products. Each profile clearly lists what’s included so you know exactly what to expect.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe on the Clean Genies platform. Your card is only charged after the service is complete. You’ll never need to exchange cash or send payments manually.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

No problem. You can update or cancel your appointment anytime through your dashboard. We just ask for 24 hours’ notice so your cleaner can adjust their schedule.
